Do I need to have a family tree already?
Not at all. You can begin with whatever you have — even a name, a rough date, a place or a story that has been passed down in the family.
How much will the research cost?
Every question is different, so I will look at the information you have and the likely scope of the research before giving you a clear, fixed quote.
Can every family mystery be solved?
No researcher can promise a particular answer. Records may be missing, unavailable or inconclusive. What I can promise is careful research, an honest explanation of the evidence and a clear account of the sources checked.
What if paid records are needed?
If a certificate, archive copy or other paid record may help, I will discuss it with you before any additional purchase is made.
